Will's Bio

With over 27 yrs of mortgage experience, Will specializes in helping clients accomplish their real estate financing goals through creative financing solutions to accomplish their objectives and overcome the obstacles many borrowers face.

His expertise includes exceptional communication skills with referral partners and clients, including conveying complex information clearly.  Will demonstrates extensive mortgage program knowledge, not just with traditional products, but is also expert in alternative and portfolio programs that solve the unique needs of self-employed, investors, retired and foreign-national clients.

A recipient of multiple Top Producer Awards, he’s demonstrated exceptional results in origination and sales leadership. 

Will holds a BA in Psychology and in Business Foundations from the University of Texas at Austin. He earned certifications and education in Frontline Leadership, The Six Steps of Selling, Xinnix Selling, a SPIN Selling trainer, Financial Planning, and Mortgage Underwriting.

Will is an Austin native. He has three kids – two daughters in their twenties and a twelve-year-old son – who keep his life full and fun.  When’s not working he enjoys helping his son with basketball, exploring Austin’s trails, relaxing on the water, and trying out new BBQ recipes.  Travel makes the list too, though he’s happiest outdoors close to home.
