Remarks from our Executive team

December 2021:

With a blink of any eye, we find ourselves in the midst of another holiday season.  Looking back over this past year, we have many things to be thankful for and milestones to celebrate!

First, I want to say a huge Thank You to our realtor and referral partners who chose to work with our Mortgage Loan Originators at Willow Bend Mortgage to provide mortgage financing for their clients.  Being entrusted to serve you and your clients is not a right, but a privilege and one we do not take lightly.  We know there are many other lender choices available and are grateful you put your trust and confidence in us to deliver elite service.

Second, I want to express my gratitude to the nearly 4,000 borrowers we have provided loans to in 2021.  Willow Bend Mortgage is very proud to have financed 2,700 families who purchased a home this year.  We understand the home buying process can be very stressful in normal markets, but 2021 brought new challenges relating to very low inventory and offers accepted well above asking prices resulting in buyer frustration and burnout.  We truly appreciate your business and look forward to serving you and your family and friends mortgage needs in the future!

Finally, words can’t express the appreciation I have for our dedicated employees.  You have worked tirelessly through the Pandemic and record volume while maintaining positive attitudes and team spirit that allowed Willow Bend Mortgage to successfully serve our referral partners and borrowers.  Without you, none of this was possible. 

Now, to our future. 

The Willow Tree, in its symbolic meaning, represents hope and a sense of belonging. As we move into 2022 we have nothing but hope for our future. Hope for our ever-growing team, hope for our borrowers, our referral partners. Hope for our future clients who are achieving their goals of home ownership. And hope for you – whoever you are, or wherever you are reading this, we hope that 2022 brings you all the sense of belonging you may seek.
