Willow Bend Mortgage Co. uses Cisco's Registered Envelope Service (CRES) to send Secure Encrypted Email. This service allows you to send secure email
messages that can only be opened and read by their intended recipients.
When a CRES recipient first receives a secure "envelope" they must register with the CRES Service so they can then decrypt and read their secure email message. The Cisco Registered Envelope Recipient Guide linked below provides a step-by-step instructions for first-time recipients of password-protected Registered Envelopes and explains how to enroll with CRES and utilize the service.
Below is additional documentation explaining the encrypted email setup and instructions.
